The Brief
During the William Reed rebranding initiative, I was approached by the HR team to design and develop a brand-new, company-wide Employee Intranet. The aim was to establish it as the primary hub for employees across our UK and international branches. The Intranet's design needed to align seamlessly with the new branding while ensuring user-friendliness for all employees.

Objectives
The primary objective was to craft an Intranet that not only facilitated ease of use but also fostered employee engagement, reflecting the openness of the new brand.
The Intranet was envisioned to serve as a comprehensive information hub for employees, offering insights into the business. Additionally, it would function as a platform for employees to share their events, news, and club activities. It was essential that the Intranet housed important employee documents and tools spanning the entire business. One crucial aspect of this hub was the incorporation of features to enhance employee engagement, such as social posts and the ability to comment and like.

The Outcome
The outcome is a sleek, user-friendly Intranet designed with the employee at its core. Employees can effortlessly navigate the site, search for and access key documents, and, most importantly, actively engage in sharing insights, interests, and social events.
